Nathan Braden is an ASHI certified home inspector with over 8 years of experience in his field. Nathan focuses on the condition of the property and educating his customers on all of the working systems of the home. He takes great pride in his work and strives to provide detail-oriented inspections for every customer.

In addition to his home inspection certification through ASHI, Nathan holds certificates with the National Radon Safety Board as a radon measurement specialist, American Home Inspectors Training Institute, Ltd., Infraspection Institute as a level I certified infrared thermographer and the PA Department of Agriculture as a wood destroying insect inspector. Nathan is also well versed in the building trades as a journeyman electrician and type II HVAC technician. He will go above and beyond with his skills and knowledge to help you protect your investment.

When he’s not working, Nathan enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
